Lilly Pulitzer Rossmore Dress at The Boca Raton Resort
Earlier this year, I saw this Instagram post by Sarah Vickers from Classy Girls Wear Pearls, and I immediately added a trip to the Boca Raton Resort to my travel bucket list. I was determined to find that stunning pink and cream staircase, and guess what? I did! A few months after I saw that beautiful staircase on Instagram, I received the opportunity to stay at the Boca Resort out of the blue. As soon as I stepped onto the beautiful grounds of the resort, I made it my personal mission to ask each and every employee to help me find the staircase. After a little bit of trial and error, I found the magical staircase. Unfortunately, it was 10:30pm, and there was no amount of Photoshop magic that repair make my grainy night photos. Instead of sulking over this photo tragedy, I decided I just had to come back…immediately. A few weeks later, I bribed Stephanie and Ryan to drive down to Boca with me, and we finally captured the photo I had dreamed about – except this time it was better because I got to share it with my best friend!
After we had fully documented the beauty of my beloved pink staircase, we moved on to our normal shenanigans: wandering around aimlessly, laughing at our brilliant (probably completely stupid) jokes, looking for food, and of course, staging an impromptu Lilly Pulitzer photo shoot.
While the pink staircase of my dreams definitely drew me to the Boca Raton Resort, the beautiful scenery and the tropical Florida feel of the resort made me a mega-fan. There’s a new adventure waiting around every corner: quaint gardens filled with flowers, stunning fountains that practically beg you to dance on them, sun-filled indoor courtyards overlooking the water, and pools/spas/restaurants in each and every nook of the hotel. My group is quite curious (ok, we’re troublemakers), so we loved exploring all of the hidden areas of the resort. So what was my exploration outfit of choice? Safari gear? Yoga pants? Not quite. The Palm Beaches are practically Lilly Pulitzer headquarters, so I decided to debut my new in Indigo Zebron!
This dress is an item that every Lilly fan needs to own. It’s just as comfortable as a t-shirt, flatters all body types, comes in a variety of prints, and oh yeah… it’s !

This quick staycation was only a few hours from my home in Orlando, but it was a much-needed mini escape from life’s stresses. After you make your list, take a few minutes and plan a trip or at least create a plan to save up for a trip. Even a day away from your home town can make you feel alive again!
