Make It Sunny
My closet is quickly becoming a sea of white, blue, and gold. I can’t get enough of this beachy color palette lately. It’s the perfect complement to the sunny weather, and the bright colors are going to look great against tanned skin. I’m still rocking my pale winter “glow” (aka fluorescent paleness), but I’m hoping that a few weekends at the beach will bring out my summer tan.
In addition to my repetitive color palette, you may have also noticed another trend with my recent purchases: everything is from Lilly Pulitzer or Banana Republic. The fit is perfection, and I know that it will be a staple in my summer wardrobe. If you pick it up through August 23rd, you can take advantage of the in the !

The design is absolutely perfect for summer, and I was thrilled to see that offers their skirts in petite, regular, and tall lengths!
And of course, I have to mention my . I’ve been lusting after these shoes for months, and I finally decided to take the plunge before my recent trip to NYC. These gold sandals provide a simple and streamlined silhouette from the front and a little bit of sass from the back. The back of these sandals features golden pineapples, but the design is too cutesy or juvenile. I’d say the fit is true to size, but the width runs slightly narrow. They’re perfect.
