1. Creating An Attainable Workout Schedule
My husband and I bought gym equipment for our home as our Christmas present to each other, so we won’t have any excuse not to work out! With three young children in our home, having access to at-home workouts makes a huge difference. It completely takes away the excuse of not having time to workout because we can always fit in a short workout at night after the kids go to bed.
If you’re having trouble finding time to workout too, find a way to take away all of your excuses. Block out time in your schedule- even if it’s only half an hour. Find a workout that you actually like, and find a way to do it at home if necessary. We purchased an exercise bike, yoga mats, and free weights for our workouts, but there are SO many free workouts available online that require no equipment at all. Do whatever works for you and your family, and most importantly, find something that you can actually stick with!

Sleep is such a huge component in our health, and after nearly a year of pregnancy with two toddlers in the house and then having a newborn, we haven’t gotten a full night’s sleep in quite a while!
