Rainy Day Necessities

I didn’t remember that all of your shoes by water get ruined in the rainy summer (and late winter) months, and I completely forgot that you need to have an umbrella with you every single day just in case there’s an afternoon thunderstorm. While the rainy weather can be annoying at times, it keeps my hometown’s beautiful flora in tip-top condition. And this year, I’m not worried about the rain one bit because I’m outwitting the weather with the brilliantly British brand Joules!

I bought it a little bit oversized on purpose, but I’m debating purchasing a second sweater in a smaller size for a more polished look. I love the slouchy look, but I honestly just want to be able to wear this sweater every single day. It might seem weird to have the same sweater in two sizes, but I’m telling you, this sweater is as soft as a teddy bear and as thick as a blanket. It’s just so comfy!

While I’ve tried other rain boots in the past, I can safely say that these are the most comfortable rain boots I’ve worn, and they’re definitely the cutest! I mean, how can you resist the precious ribbon bow on the back of these rain boots? If you’re in the market for new rain boots, you can get 20% off all full-priced Joules items with the code RAINY20 through November 31st, 2016! While I love the rain boots, the entire Right as Rain collection is just as amazing!
