The world is completely crazy right now, so I’m trying to keep a sense of normalcy in our house for my kids. Thankfully, they are too young to understand what’s going on in the world, so we are trying to keep their days as normal as possible. Since we won’t be able to spend Easter with our loved ones, I’m trying to plan all sorts of fun Easter activities we can do at home. Plus, it’s Luna’s first Easter, so I can’t wait to start new traditions with her as well.
Last week, I shared my favorite Easter basket ideas for babies and toddlers on my Instagram stories (Head to @ashleybrookenicolas on Instagram and click the “Easter” highlight if you’d like to see the videos), so I wanted to round up those links for you and add a few additional favorites for you to shop! They’re all perfect for Easter baskets for babies, but they’re also great toys, books, and fun things to do at home with babies at any time of the year!

Flora The Bunny
While I think all of the items shown above would be absolutely perfect for a baby’s first Easter basket, I have to say that Flora The Bunny, and interactive stuffed bunny, is my favorite Easter gift for babies of all time. In fact, one of my favorite presents for babies for any time of year!
So what’s so special about this bunny? In addition to being super cute and soft to play with, there a little buttons on her feet that create interactive play. The “sing” button plays a song, and the bunny’s ears move in rhythm to the music. The “play” button plays a game of peek-a-boo with your baby, and the bunny hides her eyes with her ears. It’s SO cute, and my daughter Luna just LOVES it. She got it as a Christmas present from my Dad, and she’s played with it every day since. Honestly worth every penny!
