pop of pink ootd + affordable monogram jewelry!
I try to be a trendy/cool girl, but I’m honestly just your typical Southern girly girl. My favorite color is pink, and as much as I try to embrace each season’s trends, I always gravitate towards classic, feminine designs. I believe that big hair is always better, and I firmly support the idea that monograms should be on anything and everything that I own. Believe me, I’d have a monogram on my toaster, curling iron, and every lipgloss I own if I could afford it and if I knew I wouldn’t have to justify my strange addiction. Thankfully, I can take my monogram with me everywhere I go with my new finds from . It’s basically been love at first sight since they arrived in the mail, so of course they were the perfect addition to my casual date night outfit. In my opinion, you can’t go wrong with a flouncy skirt, pops of pink, and gold accessories.
In true Floridian fashion, I had to pull out a light sweater for 75 degree weather. I added a flirty pink pleated skirt, gold accessories, and rose gold nail polish to complete the look. I used my latest hair miracle product, , to add some oomph to my second day curls. It’s $3.99, and it’s basically magic in a can. Let me know if you’d like to see a tutorial!
And now on to my favorite part of the outfit, my new(only $40!) from . The delicate gold necklace stays with me 24/7, and it adds a personalized touch to all of my spring looks. Another new discovery that I couldn’t resist throwing on is my beloved NYX Megashine Lip Gloss in Gold Pink. It’s basically everything that I look for in a gloss: smooth, highly pigmented, and the exact scent of red Starbursts!
No girly outfit is complete without a little sparkle and a bow or two. My new (only $33!) is so dainty and beautiful. It’s the perfect addition to your spring bracelet stack. I’ve been wanting a monogrammed bracelet for years, but I always backed out of purchasing one due to insane prices. Monograms, I love you, but I don’t love you enough to pay $100-300 for a bracelet. At $33, I knew this bracelet was my perfect match. My Orly Rage nail polish is a long-time favorite. It’s a trendy twist on neutral polish, and it applies like a dream.
I’m normally a high heel type of girl, but I’ve been missing my nude flats. Note to self: buy more nude shoes.
