July Favorites {Part Two}
July has been a whirlwind month of interviews, events with family and friends, lots of shopping (oops), and planning for the rest of the year. Like I mentioned in my July Beauty Favorites, I’m going to start splitting my monthly favorites into two posts each month: beauty/fashion and life/random.
Without further ado, here are the things that have made my heart happy this month.
Actually Living Near My Friends
While temporarily relocating to Florida from LA wasn’t my first choice, I have loved being able to bother my best friends anytime I’d like haha! Michelle, Stephanie, and I have been taking Orlando by storm, and I am SO terribly sad to see Michelle head back to Canada for the fall.
I would like to take credit for assuring Stephanie that her necklace was a fabulous choice.

Summer Scenery
While my apartment itself is still a major work-in-progress, my apartment complex has the most beautiful landscaping. I can’t help taking daily walks to see all the gorgeous flowers!
Thoughtful Gifts
July marked my 2nd wedding anniversary with my husband Ryan, and my husband thoughtfully sent me two dozen roses with our version of a love note (+10 if you get the reference!). My sister-in-law Megan also made us this super fun UCF Knights ribbon wreath! While I love showing my UCF pride, I might love having the cutest wreath in the apartment complex a little more.

TV!
I am a TV addict, so there’s nothing more exciting to me than the start/return of new shows each season. I can’t get over how good the Netflix original shows are. House of Cards was my go-to show last season, and Orange Is The New Black is my new fav. If you loved Weeds, I think you’ll really love this show! My Dad recommended Suits, and it definitely makes me dream about law school…and the city…and pretty male lawyers. The Killing and Dexter are two long-term TV favorites, so I couldn’t be happier to see their return.
