How to Get A Salon Blowout At Home in Less Time

Most of my mornings are spent chasing around a toddler, answering work emails, and hopefully getting the whole family dressed and fed. One thing I’m NOT doing is spending hours styling my hair and applying makeup. As much as I’d like to some days, it’s just not going to happen. While I’ll admit that I still have my fair share of messy bun days, I have actually been styling my hair more than ever – even with another baby on the way. Last year, a friend recommended the Revlon® Salon One-Step Hair Dryer and Volumizer, and it has been a total game changer for my beauty routine. I’ve been using it several times a week for nearly a year, and I’ll never go back to my old routine!
I’m not someone who’s particularly talented at styling hair, but the Revlon One-Step Volumizer magically helps me get a salon-quality blowout at home in half the time that I used to spend on my hair. Without a doubt, it’s my #1 beauty purchase of the year and a total must-have for anyone who wants a sleek blowout with less work! Keep reading to learn how you get a style that looks like you just stepped out of the salon in less time and with less effort!

How to Use The Revlon Salon Hair Dryer and Volumizer

STEP 2: Section your hair as you normally would before blowdrying. As you’ll see in the video, I prefer to blow dry in two sections. Then you’ll want to take a small piece of hair and place the Revlon One-Step Volumizer underneath the base of your roots.
STEP 3: Slowly pull the Revlon One-Step Volumizer down the length of your hair using two hands to hold the tool.
STEP 4: As you reach the ends of your hair, gently curl under your hair by twisting the Revlon One-Step Volumizer down and and pulling it towards your head. Release the section of your hair and repeat Steps 2-4 on all of your hair.
STEP 5: Once your hair is completely dry, go back and use the Revlon One-Step Volumizer to brush the hair on the top of your head straight into the sky. This builds volume where you need it. Again, be sure to use small sections of hair at a time for the best results.
