Cozy Holiday Home Decor + Unique Gift Ideas

I have a thing for soft things. Soft sweaters, soft cookies, soft blankets…you name it. If it’s soft and cozy, I want it. As you might imagine, my house is filled with all sorts of soft-to-the-touch items that I’ve collected throughout the years, and this year, I’ve added a few new items to my collection for the holidays. 

I recently got a package from Pottery Barn that made all of my soft and cozy dreams come true. Inside the package was a faux fur robe, faux fur slippers, and the most beautiful alpaca faux fur throw. My Dad bought my entire family Pottery Barn faux fur slipper booties a few years ago, and I’ve been a die-hard fan of the line ever since. I’ve worn those booties into the ground, and I am so happy to finally have another pair to wear throughout the winter. They’re currently on sale, so they’re the perfect Christmas gift idea!

As much as I love the slippers, I have to say that the faux fur robe and throw might be my favorites. They’re so luxuriously soft, and I’ll admit that I’ve been using one or the other every second that I’m in my home. It’s like you’re being hugged by a teddy bear! If you know someone who needs a little bit of pampering the faux fur robe and alpaca faux fur throw would make an amazing Christmas gift.

The Pottery Barn Alpaca Faux Fur Throw also happened to be the perfect finishing touch to my holiday home decor. I love how it looks with my new Falalalala, chenille sweater, and grey faux fur pillows from Target! It’s wintery and festive without being over the top, and I think it’s going to be the perfect accent beside our Christmas tree.
