The Makeup Brush That Replaces Five Brushes
As a girl who lives in a tiny apartment and travels often, I’m constantly finding new ways to downsize and simplify my everyday routine. Unfortunately, I’m also someone who loves trying new beauty products, and I’m always searching for the next best thing in the beauty world. A few months ago, I discovered a product that helped fulfill both of my needs. The * is a brush that claims to leave an airbrushed finish and do the job of five makeup brushes: foundation, powder, contour, blush, and highlighter. I’m happy to report that after weeks of testing, I can safely say that this brush lives up to its claims. It applies all of my face products beautifully, and the brush’s incredibly soft bristles clean up nicely.
So, how can one brush take the place of five different brushes? Well, with Becca’s The One Perfecting Brush, you simply use different sides of the brush for different products. By using different sides of the brush, you can use the same brush without washing for five different products.
For liquid foundation, I like to apply the desired amount of foundation to the back of my hand or dab it on my face and then blend in the makeup with the broad side of the brush. The soft and dense bristles of the easily blend liquid and cream foundations and leave a gorgeous finish. After your liquid/cream foundation is completely blended in, use the same side of your brush to apply setting power of powder foundation.
The narrow sides of the brush are perfect for applying contour products, bronzer, and highlighter to targeted areas. The soft bristle blend the product into the skin without diluting the powder products too much or moving them away from the precise area where they were placed.
The corners of the brush can be used to apply blush to your cheeks. The bristles are soft enough to bend at the corner and allow the blush to blend easily and sturdy enough to allow the color to transfer nicely to your cheeks.
I’m so impressed with this brush. It’s soft, high-quality, and allows me to finish most of my makeup with only one brush. For anyone with limited space, a hectic daily schedule, or a busy travel itinerary, I’d highly recommend picking up this brush. It isn’t cheap, but if you consider the quality of the bristles and the fact that it takes the place of five brushes, the price seems fair.
