and the love affair continues {liz earle skincare}
It’s no secret that I’ve had a bit of a love affair with Liz Earle this year (documented here). As soon as I tried the Cleanse and Polish Hot Cloth Cleanser, I knew it was love. Cleanse and Polish continues to be my daily cleanser, so I was more than delighted when the lovely ladies at Liz Earle gave me the opportunity to try out their Instant Boost Skin Tonic Spritzer and Skin Repair Light Moisturizer!
Beautiful packaging as always
Liz Earle’s Instant Boost Skin Tonic Spritzer is a gentle spray toner containing aloe vera, calendula, rose-scented geranium, cucumber, and vitamin E. I think the spray format is brilliant for this light and refreshing toner. I have slightly oily skin, so I carry this toner in my car to refresh my complexion and help reduce oilyness throughout the day. This toner is suitable for all skin types, and I highly recommend it- especially to those with sensitive skin who are searching for a toner that won’t irritate their skin.
Liz Earle’s Skin Repair Light Moisturizer for Combination/Oily skin is a lightweight, balancing moisturizer for combination, oily, and problem-prone skin that contains borage and avocado oil, echinacea, beta-carotene, and vitamin E. Due to my combination skin, I have a hard time finding moisturizer that will properly moisturize my normal-dry patches while not causing breakouts in my oily areas. I have found a winner in Liz Earle’s Skin Repair Light Moisturizer for Combination/Oily skin. It’s formulation is feather light and completely non-greasy, yet my skin feels incredibly soft and moisturized after each use. After using this moisturizer for several months now, I can safely say that I feel that this moisturizer has helped balanced my combination skin without causing breakouts.
