100% Pure Makeup Review + Swatches
While I may have had a horrific experience with the natural beauty products of 2002, the natural beauty brands have really stepped up their game and released truly impressive products. Over the past few months, I’ve received quite a few requests to share cruelty-free beauty brands, so today I’m sharing one of my new favorite lines with you! 100% Pure beauty products are 100% natural and cruelty-free, and they don’t have artificial colors, fragrances, or synthetic chemical preservatives. I recently received a humongous box of products from their line to try out (with no obligation), and today I’m sharing the products that I truly loved!
My favorite product of the bunch is the . The Lip Caramels are liquid lipsticks that feature a highly-pigmented formula that leaves behind a glossy finish and a sweet butterscotch candy scent. Unlike other liquid lipsticks on the market, this product doesn’t dry down to an ultra-matte finish and won’t dry out your lips.

All of the shades in the collection are absolutely beautiful, but I wear Ganache, Melon Drop, and the most. If you’re looking for a liquid lipstick that leaves behind a glossy finish and packs a big punch of color, you’re going to like this product. I love the creamy texture, but these lipsticks aren’t budge-proof like matte lipsticks. The color lasts for a few hours, but you’ll need to reapply throughout the day. Love, love, love this lipstick!
1. | 2. Magnolia | 3. Calendula | 4. Narcissus | 5. Foxglove | 6. Primrose | 7. Melon | 8. Poppy
In my opinion, there isn’t a bad shade in the bunch, but my favorite colors are Poppy, Primrose, Narcissus, and Foxglove!
While I was instantly intrigued by the Lip Caramels and the lipsticks, I have to admit that I wasn’t looking forward to testing out the Ginseng Collagen Boost Mask, Green Tea Water Bomb Mask, or Bright Eyes Mask. I like sheet masks, but this variety just looked a little scary to me for some reason. Thankfully, I couldn’t have been more wrong. These masks are awesome! The soft hydrogel material that the masks are made from natural ingredients that help to deliver the active ingredients in the mask to your skin, and they feel absolutely incredible.
They’re cool, refreshing, and highly addictive. I’m already planning to re-purchase the Bright Eyes Mask! While I can’t say I saw a huge difference in my skin after one treatment, I still recommend these products based on the experience alone. They’re a fun way to relax and pamper your skin at the end of a long day.
| Rose Quartz | Peacock Ore | Citrine | Moonstone | Rainbow Aura | Ruby | Garnet
All of the shades are so glittery and fun, but I tend to use Rose Quartz, Peacock Ore, and Ruby most often. I have to emphasize that the formula of this lipgloss is very thick and sticky. If texture is a major issue for you, you may not like these lipglosses; however, they are truly beautiful if you’re looking for a particular glitter shade!
If you prefer long and naturally-fluttering lashes, I think that you’ll like the 100% Pure Fruit-Pigmented Ultra-Lengthening Mascara in Black Tea or Dark Chocolate. These natural mascaras deepen the color of your natural lashes and give them a little bit of extra length. If you want to subtly accentuate your lashes, you’ll like this mascara. It’s a great product for teens just getting started with makeup!
My last two favorites from 100% Pure are the Lip & Cheek Stain in Cherry and the Fruit-Pigmented Long Last Brow Gel. The lip and cheek stain provides the perfect rosy-pink flush, and it’s much easier to apply than you might think. While the deep red color looks intimidating in the tube, it blends out to a soft pink on your cheeks with a small stipple brush or your fingers. The brow gel is another winner from the line. This softly-colored gel helps fill in gaps in your eyebrows without creating an intense line. I like using a small brush to dot the shades Blonde and Taupe in the sparse areas of my eyebrows to achieve a natural brow with definition.
Overall, I think that these particular 100% Pure beauty products are really good, and they’re priced similarly to the high-end cosmetic lines at Ulta or Sephora. They always have amazing sales going on, so check their website to see the latest coupon codes!
