Ladies and gentleman, Park Avenue Fashion Week has officially begun, and I couldn’t be more excited! Winter Park has always been my favorite part of Orlando, but it becomes even more amazing during each year’s fashion week. The Central Park is transformed from a lush garden into a runway that would make any fashionista’s jaw drop. Honestly, could you imagine anything more glamorous than a 20,000 square foot, air-conditioned tent filled with amazing local designers, and interactive red carpet, and a fabulous VIP lounge area? I certainly can’t! This year’s featured designers include Tuni, Forema Boutique, Scout and Molly’s, The Collection Bridal, Red Carpet Couture, Eileen Fisher, Current, John Craig Clothier, LaBella Intimates & Boutique, and Glorious Beautiful Hair Supply & Boutique.
I’ve had the pleasure of visiting some of these stores in person (and stalked ALL of them on Instagram haha), and I can personally vouch for their designs. This year’s group of designers features a fabulous mix of aesthetics and price ranges, so there’s bound to be something for everyone at Saturday’s show. The winner of the Emerging Designer Award (full post on the competition is on the blog tomorrow!) will be announced after the runway show, and the Winter Park Memorial Hospital Mammography Scholarship Fund will be awarded a check from Shel Mark PR & Events from the Pink Out Winter Park campaign! It’s guaranteed to be an unforgettable night from beginning to end!
